We can offer co-regulation when we learn how to self-regulate.

We need to shift policies that judge actions as conscious, voluntary decisions. We need to focus on interactions differently, to focus on the felt Experience as the intervening variable between what happens in an interaction and what results from the interaction solutions for public service interactions
