Much of our experience is determined by how “in harmony” we feel with ourselves, those around us, and within our various contexts.
We are constantly taking in signals from our environment that our body translates to our brain as either safety or danger.
Our organizations, policies, and ways of operating do not account for relational attunment or the cues of safety and danger that we feel in our interactions.
